All apparel products at Charkha Dori are handcrafted and can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for any other product available on our website. However, as these garments are hand crafted, they are not eligible for a refund.

PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK THE SIZE CHARTS SHOWN ON THE PRODUCTS AS THE SIZES ARE ACTUAL GARMENT SIZES AND NOT BODY MEASUREMENTS.

All items that are on discount are non-refundable.

Before dispatch every item is carefully packed and quality checked by our experts. However, in exceptional conditions like damage or spoilage, we might ask the customer to send out the proofs with pictures or videos, we will issue a credit voucher with 1 year of validity for the damaged item(s), which can be used for future purchases.
